The service was excellent, very professional, and kind, though there was an odd situation with a bag of dirty laundry. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were so comfy, especially the bed which was big enough for 3 adults. We stayed in the executive room, and it was very comfortable, big, with a nice bathtub and separate shower. It was quiet and served us well for a good night's sleep.
